Mechanical Estimator Engineer
Job Description
We are MEP Company, based in Abu Dhabi, currently looking for Mechanical Estimator who will be responsible for providing detailed estimates based upon conceptual documents as well as schematic, design development and construction documents.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3-5 years experience as Mechanical Estimator.
2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Design Education or equivalent estimating experience.
3. Must have experience with all aspects of mechanical estimating, including HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting, LDC.
4. Knowledge of local Supplier/Subcontractor.
5. Well organized with strong written and oral communication skills.
6. Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite).
7. Must be proficient in MS Excel
8. Must have a working knowledge of On Screen Take-off (Planswift).
9. Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
10. Experience in Estimation is a must.
