Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Static Engineer to oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and inspection of static mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of static mechanical assets in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve engineering design drawings, specifications, and calculations related to static mechanical systems.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities of static mechanical equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and other stationary mechanical components.
Conduct inspections and technical audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to static mechanical systems.
Ensure documentation, testing, and quality assurance processes are followed.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for static mechanical assets.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, codes, and standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience with design, inspection, and maintenance of static equipment.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards and codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PV Elite, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
