Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Mechanical Estimation Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring accurate bid proposals for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field. Minimum2-4 years
of experience in mechanical estimation. Proficiency in estimation software such asAutoCAD, MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication and mathematical skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of local and international construction standards and codes.Job Type: Full-time
