Job Description

Review and analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, etc.). Obtain, review, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and budgets for projects. Conduct value engineering to optimize cost and efficiency without compromising quality. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to clarify scope and technical requirements. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions. Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and client specifications. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinate queries with consultants/clients as required. Maintain updated records of supplier prices, material databases, and subcontractor contacts. Support management in negotiations and finalization of bids/contracts.
