Minimum
8 years of experience
inmechanical works for construction projects
. Strong hands-on experience in:Building mechanical works
Pumps and pumping systems
HVAC / air-conditioning systems
Piping networks
Fire fighting and fire protection systems
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute all
mechanical works at construction sites
. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning ofHVAC, pumps, piping, and fire protection systems
. Ensure mechanical works comply withapproved drawings, specifications, and Saudi standards
. Coordinate withelectrical, civil, and MEP teams
for smooth project execution. Review and approveshop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
. Monitor contractors and subcontractors for quality, safety, and progress. Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance withHSE and safety regulations
. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings. Support project handover and commissioning activities.Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
MEP systems and construction methodologies
. Ability to read and interpretIFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications
. Good understanding ofinternational and Saudi codes
(ASHRAE, NFPA, SASO, etc.). Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.Language Requirements
English
: Fluent (spoken and written)Arabic

Experience in
large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills.Job Type: Full-time
