Job Description

Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1)

Participate in onboarding, AWR culture, and customer service orientation Develop soft skills and understand customer journey in service operations

Phase 2: Cross-Department Exposure (Months 2-3)

Rotate through service reception, workshop floor, parts counters, and CRM Learn basic automotive service workflows and customer interaction protocol

Phase 3: Technical & Process Training (Months 4-6)

Attend in-depth training on job card processing, warranty handling, appointment systems, and service quality standards Work with technicians and service advisors to understand diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures Participate in customer service case studies and feedback analysis

Training Topics Include:

Automotive systems fundamentals AWR service process and standards Customer communication & complaint resolution Digital tools (CRM, job card systems) Time and workflow management Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent Strong communication and customer focus Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn technical details
