Job description in brief:

Monitor & Supervise all the mechanical systems installation such as Air-condition & Ventilation, Chilled-water system, Smoke management, Drainage, water supply, Storm water, firefighting, BMS systems for commercial and residential buildings, hotels, universities, and hospitals projects. Reviewing of the project contract documents such as Tender & IFC, Specification, BOQ and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance in accordingly to the various Mechanical services related to the projects. Reviewing of shop drawings, Material submittals & obtaining the approvals from the Senior consultant engineer. Providing guidance to contractor to prepare the Mechanical shop drawings & obtaining the approvals from DEWA, DM, DDA, Trakhees authority. Carrying out site surveys and preparation of technical reports. Survey and evaluate all Mechanical aspects of the existing buildings, coordinating with the Clients and Local Authorities. Co-ordinate with disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical services at various stages of design and supervision for successful and timely completion of the projects. Acceptable oral and written communication skills, ability to document properly for the installation of work and contractor's performance. Demonstrated success on the job as evidenced by prior satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous position.
