Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Mechanical Engineer

with a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPIC, and piping projects within Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working under

Qatar Energy (QE)

projects and possess strong technical, execution, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute mechanical engineering tasks for Oil & Gas and EPIC projects in compliance with QE standards. Prepare and review design drawings, technical documents, and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project progress. Conduct site inspections, monitor installation activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Review material submittals, method statements, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Troubleshoot mechanical and piping systems and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in preparing progress reports, project documentation, and client updates. Ensure all engineering activities align with Qatar Energy guidelines and project quality procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

Oil & Gas, EPIC, and piping projects

in Qatar Work experience under

Qatar Energy (QE) projects

Must hold a valid

Qatar Driving License (QDL)

Strong engineering and technical background Proven ability in project execution, site coordination, and providing technical support Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
