Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee installation of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Conduct load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection. Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations. Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Prepare reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5-8 years of proven experience in HVAC system design and execution. Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and relevant codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation software. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
