Key Responsibilities:

Review, interpret, and ensure compliance of mechanical design drawings and specifications.
Support mechanical works including HVAC, piping, plumbing systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and enforce standards (HSE, quality, schedule).
Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Resolve technical issues promptly to keep project timelines on track.
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and collaborating on technical submissions.
Ensure adherence to UAE codes, ASGC safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in MEP / Mechanical engineering within UAE construction projects.
Proven experience on building projects (particularly towers, hotels, residential/mixed-use).
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and relevant standards.
Familiarity with UAE regulations, local codes, and ASGCs quality and safety protocols.
Skilled in MEP coordination, site execution, and documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
Proactive, handson approach with strong communication and coordination skills.
UAE experience preferred; ability to mobilize quickly is essential.
