Job Purpose:
The DC Site Engineer with experience in technical support as well as datacentre operations is responsible for the maintenance of UPS Systems & Electrical Systems in the DCs and ensure support for the other departments for the smooth running of Gulf Data Hub Organisation. He shall physically attend all the Maintenance as per the approved schedule.

He shall physically attend all the Maintenance as per the approved schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Electrical System major / shutdown maintenance including UPS, Switchgear, Generators, Mechanical
- Managing installation Projects
- Managing new Customer Installations (Cables, Cold Aisle Cages, Cages)
- Assist in reviewing and developing DC Process and Policies
- Prepare and present periodic operational report as per the DC requirements
- Inspection and Validating the Work Completion, HSE and Quality Control
- Internal Audit for all Processes and SLAs
- Backup for DC SITE MANAGER & SITE COORDINATOR
- Should have thorough experience of UPS Systems, Electrical Systems [optional / add-on advantage: Generators & basic HVAC Systems]
- Experience of Troubleshooting in UPS Systems & Electrical Systems [optional: Generators & basic HVAC Systems]
- Good presentation & preparations skills for reports demonstrations to Customers & Clients
- Expert across all technical aspects within the scope of role.
- Good knowledge of DC process and policies.
- English Read/write/speak is mandatory.
- Experience of Datacenter MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management
- Educated to university level and/or relevant industry certification with vast relevant industry
Other Requirements:
- An expert in FM solutions, experience in one or more of the following sectors would be an
- Experience of building PPP solutions would be an advantage
