About Us:

We are a leading consultancy firm specializing in innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of industries. As a company at the forefront of technology, we deliver cutting-edge designs, engineering consultancy, and project management services. We are currently seeking talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer - Building Design to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop mechanical system designs for building projects including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

Prepare and review detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure integration and compliance.

Ensure designs meet UAE authority regulations (e.g., ADM, DEWA, DCD, ADDC) and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).

Support the preparation of mechanical specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.

Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical design issues.

Review contractor/shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution (if required).

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in mechanical engineering for building projects.

At least 2 years of proven experience using Revit for MEP design.

Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design coordination.

Strong understanding of local authority requirements and building codes.

Able to join immediately or within one month
