Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Mechanical Draftsman

with

5-7 years of hands-on BIM experience

to join our team.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:



Expert knowledge of

Revit

: Linking, Work sets, Interference Checking, Project Browser, Scope Box, Visibility/Graphics, Filters, Shared Parameters, View Range, Object Styles, Materials, Annotation, Drafting Views, Legends & Tags Prepare

MEP models

(Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, HVAC) using Revit Export models to

Navisworks

(NWC, NWD, NWF) and prepare

clash reports

Clash detection, coordination & resolution

using Revit & Navisworks Produce

2D shop drawings

from coordinated 3D models MEP coordination using

AutoCAD & Revit MEP

Prepare

schedules and quantity take-offs

, export to Excel Coordinate MEP with

Architecture & Structure

Prepare

As-Built drawings

from redline markups and BIM 360 Experience working with

Point Cloud data

Strong understanding of

HVAC systems

(Centralized A/C, VRV/VRF) Knowledge of

Firefighting systems

including FM-200 / Novec Good understanding of

plumbing & drainage

(single & double stack) Familiar with

ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC

codes Experience with

British BIM Standard PAS 1192-2013

Develop models as per

LOD 100-400

Raise, review, close and submit

RFIs

through proper channels Prepare

Builder's Work drawings

for all services Coordinate with site engineers, attend site visits, and resolve coordination issues

Requirements:



Strong

BIM knowledge

is mandatory Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month
