Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Mechanical Draftsman Engineer to join our team
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical/MEP.3-7 years MEP drafting experience (buildings/healthcare/industrial preferred).
Software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360/Aconex, MS Office.
Working knowledge of duct sizing, pipe sizing, slopes, equipment clearances, coordination with ceilings/MEP.
Responsibilities
Produce shop drawings: HVAC (ducting, piping, equipment layouts), plumbing (water supply, drainage, vent), firefighting (sprinklers, pumps, hydrants), and BMS point layouts.
Prepare builder's work openings, sleeve/insert drawings, and equipment detail sheets.
Coordinate with structural/architectural/electrical to avoid clashes; integrate RFI answers.
