WE ARE LOOKING FOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER & DRAFTSMAN

We are seeking a

passionate, creative, and technically skilled Mechanical Design Engineer & Draftsman

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative mechanical designs, technical drawings, and production-ready documentation that bring ideas to life. You'll work alongside engineers, fabricators, and clients to ensure every component is functional, efficient, and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD tools. Produce 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models in accordance with industry and company standards. Revise and update existing designs and documentation based on engineering changes or client feedback. Interpret technical specifications, engineering sketches, and customer requirements to produce accurate drawings. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to support product .development and continuous improvement. Support prototype development and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor). Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, GD&T, and mechanical assemblies. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Hands-on knowledge of FEA tools, CNC machine interfaces, or sheet metal design is an added advantage.
