We are a stainless steel fabrication company manufacturing commercial kitchen and food processing equipment.

We are looking for a

Mechanical Design Engineer

to support the technical development, documentation, and certification of our machines.
This role focuses on

practical mechanical design, detailing, and engineering support

for manufactured products, not academic R&D or purely theoretical work.

You will work closely with fabrication, production, and management to convert real machines into proper engineering documentation suitable for manufacturing and certification.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine 3D mechanical designs using

Autodesk Inventor

Prepare 2D fabrication drawings and layouts using

AutoCAD

Create assembly drawings, exploded views, and detailed part drawings Review and improve existing machines and convert them into structured designs Support preparation of

technical documentation for certification

Assist in defining materials, components, and technical specifications Coordinate with fabrication and workshop teams to ensure designs are buildable Support BOM preparation and revisions when required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Strong experience with

Autodesk Inventor

(mandatory) Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Experience with fabricated assemblies, sheet metal, frames, and welded structures Practical, hands-on engineering mindset Ability to work with existing machines and real workshop constraints Comfortable working in a factory / production environment
Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience with

stainless steel fabrication

Familiarity with gas-fired equipment or commercial kitchen machinery Experience supporting

product certification or compliance

Ability to communicate in

Arabic

(spoken) is a strong advantage
