Mechanical Bim Modeler
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Collaborate with design teams to develop integrated building models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
Ensure models adhere to project standards and client requirements.
Generate construction drawings and documentation from BIM models.
Update and maintain models based on design revisions and site feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications or training in BIM.
