Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for a
Mechanical BIM Modeler
to join our team.
Job Requirements:
3-4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
Strong knowledge of
Revit MEP (Mechanical)
Good understanding of
AutoCAD
for coordination and detailing
Experience in modeling:
HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, piping)
Mechanical equipment and plant rooms
Ability to prepare:
LOD 300 / LOD 400 models
Shop drawings and coordinated BIM models
As-built models
Good understanding of
UAE mechanical standards and regulations
, including:
ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
Local authority and municipality approval requirements
Experience in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
Ability to read and interpret IFC, shop, and construction drawings
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
