Job Description

Mechanical BIM Modeler

- 3 Positions Available
Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field Minimum

5-10 years of experience

in MEP BIM modeling within contracting or consultancy firms (UAE experience preferred) Proficient in

Revit (BIM)

and

AutoCAD

software Strong understanding of

HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems

Ability to prepare and coordinate

detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and clash detection reports

Knowledge of

MEP coordination

and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Good communication and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
