Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Mechanical Assembly Technician

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and hands-on experience in mechanical assembly processes. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled products. Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly efficiency. Document work performed and reported any deviations or non-conformities. Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role. Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and schematics. Good understanding of mechanical systems and components. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, calipers, drills, etc. Basic understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
