Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Mechanical Assembler

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting mechanical components and assemblies according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts, subassemblies, and equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise mechanical assembly. Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional standards. Perform functional tests and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation. Identify and report any defects, non-conformities, or assembly issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and production schedules. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field (preferred). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components (e.g., bearings, shafts, fasteners). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems or wiring is a plus.
