Role Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical and Plumbing Design Consultant Engineer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and design of mechanical and plumbing systems for residential villa projects.

Responsibilities:
-Able to prepare and work on drawings related to Drainage, Water Supply, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
-Prepare and develop plumbing and mechanical design drawings for residential projects.
-Coordinate MEP design with architectural and structural teams.
-Select appropriate materials, equipment, and systems in accordance with local standards.
-Ensure designs comply with Dubai building codes and regulations.
-Site experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing design for residential projects.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or similar design software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
