Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRAP Mechanic to join our new project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall mechanical well-being of our fleet of MRAP vehicles. The MRAP Mechanic should have a strong background in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics, with specific expertise in armoured vehicle systems.

Qualifications:



Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics. Experience with military vehicle maintenance, Familiarity with MRAP-specific diagnostic tools and software. Minimum 5-10 proven experience as a mechanic with a focus on armoured vehicles, preferably MRAPs. Familiarity with MRAP systems, including but not limited to, blast-resistant hulls, suspension systems, and specialized vehicle components. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines associated with working on armoured vehicles. Willingness to adhere to strict maintenance schedules and deadlines.
