Hiring: Legal Counsel/Advisor - TAC Armored Vehicles LLC

Are you a skilled legal professional with a passion for the automotive industry? TAC Armored Vehicles LLC, a leading manufacturer of armored vehicles in Dubai Investment Park 1, is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Counsel/Advisor to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As our Legal Counsel/Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's legal compliance, mitigating risks, and providing expert legal guidance across all departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including:

~ Documentation Compliance

~ Legal Representation

~ Violation Identification and Management

~ Contract Management

~ Risk Management

~ Corporate Governance

~ Data Protection and Privacy

~ Crisis Management

Key Responsibilities:

~ Provide legal advice and support to all departments within the company.

~ Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

~ Ensure compliance with UAE legislation and regulatory requirements.

~ Manage litigation cases and coordinate with external legal counsel.

~ Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks.

Requirements:

~ A degree in Law from a recognized institution.

~ Licensed to practice law in the UAE.

~ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.

~ In-depth knowledge of UAE legislation and regulatory requirements.

~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

~ Proficiency in legal research and documentation.

~ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

~ Experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property management.

~ Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.

~ Ability to develop and manage compliance programs.

~ Experience in crisis management and dispute resolution.

~ Fluency in English is mandatory.

~ Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Russian to converse with Clients and Management
