We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled
Butcher
to join our team and support our operations with precision, speed, and attention to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Butchering and portioning meat, poultry, and seafood according to daily production needs
Preparing cuts according to kitchen specifications and portion control guidelines
Maintaining proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all meat products
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages
Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in a central kitchen or high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage
Ability to use cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
