- Ensure the quality and freshness of meat and chicken products

- Operate cutting and trimming equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:
- Experience as a butcher or in a related field
- Knowledge of meat and chicken cutting and preparation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
