1. Scope of Work

As the Business Growth & Operations Leader, your responsibilities will be comprehensive,

ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and efficient internal processes. Your primary

duties will include:

Order & Account Management:

o Handling all incoming orders from individual clients, businesses, and corporate

partners.

o Accurately processing orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen

team.

o Following up with the kitchen to ensure all orders are prepared correctly, meet our

quality standards, and are dispatched on time with the correct information.

Customer Service & Retention:

o Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all details are captured

correctly.

o Providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries or issues.

o Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our customer base.

Quality Assurance:

o Conducting regular kitchen visits to monitor food quality, presentation, and

consistency.

Menu Curation & Development:
o Collaborating on menu curation for both meal plans and pastry offerings.

o Assisting in the creation and management of menu rotations to keep our offerings

fresh and exciting.o Committing to learning and applying new skills, including the use of AI tools for

menu planning, customer service, and business optimization.

Logistics Coordination:

o Managing the handover of all orders from the kitchen to our logistics partner.

o Ensuring systems are in place so that customers receive their orders promptly and

correctly.

Business Development:

o Actively approaching new potential clients, such as cafes, gyms, and offices, to

pitch rawkure's products, including meal plans and pastries.

Administration:

o Ensuring all invoices (created and received) are accurately documented, filed, and

managed.

o Maintaining and organizing a comprehensive customer database.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
