What You'll be Doing: Achieve individual sales quotas by prospecting and closing strategic deals from cold call to installBuild sales campaigns in a region to develop new businessDevelop customer and partner relationships through (Cisco and their partners, IBM and local resell partners) outbound prospecting and opportunity identificationBuild a book of business within our target commercial accountsDrive opportunity progression from identification, product demonstrations, technical reviews and implementation What Will You Bring:At Turbonomic, we are always looking for bright, passionate, and hard-working people who want to grow and develop with the company. Minimum 5 - 10 years direct sales and indirect sales experience with Cisco and or IBM, preferred exposure to closing at the C-Level suiteExperience achieving over 100% of sales quotaSell Application Resource Management into the data center eco-system; i.e. virtualization, converged infrastructure, application performance monitoring, public cloud, hybrid cloud etc.Competitive, and passionate team player who is motivated to excel in an entrepreneurial environmentExceptional communication and consultative skills to employ solutions based sellingInterest in high technology and new market trends within the software-defined data centerVirtualization Sales Certification(s) a big plusBachelor's Degree is requiredAbility to communicate verbally and in writing in EnglishDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
