Torch Technologies is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Analyst. The applicant will perform as Contractor Support for MDA with the following responsibilities and duties:

Contractor Support for MDA, and on-island liaison for interaction with IMCOM staff; monitor, maintain, and assign facilities including housing, administrative facilities, and warehouse storage space.

Support includes on-site presence at Kwajalein; interface with the ranges; assistance with the development and monitoring of schedules for flight test infrastructure development, sustainment, and mission deployment; tracking and coordinating Military Construction, facility modification issues, and facility maintenance issues; and assistance with the development and implementation of deployment plans, deployment schedules, staging and coordination of assets, and coordination of the use and scheduling of facilities, test ranges, and staging locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as entry control and serve as sponsor for personnel traveling to KWAJ for official duties and missions;

• Ensures appropriate paperwork (entry documentation, badges, 55r) is completed accurately for MDA transient personnel.
• Coordinate with MDA transient personnel to address housing concerns, meal cards and range requirements.
• Support deployed personnel with Quarantine needs: meals, and access to miscellaneous items.
• Provide support to personnel needing access to secure areas and CVTC support.
• verifying VAR status, secure room access for both MDA and range areas
• Coordinate with SMDC and MDA personnel, as well as Shore Support teams for mission support.
• Manage MDA transient housing and facilities to include

• Regular maintenance, service calls, and oversight of housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory of MDA Government property on KWAJ and Meck Islands;
• Supervise/ Coordinate local staff that assist in custodial responsibilities, grounds maintenance, vehicle fleet, housing and bike maintenance; coordinate with local staff for receipt and movement of equipment to Meck Island;
• Coordinate with Meck Island Manager on status of Meck Island Facilities;
• Manage MDA fleet of vehicles (to include bicycles) to include keeping accurate records of mileage and maintenance.

• Submit work requests through base public works for minor and major repairs;
• Submit monthly vehicle utilization reports
• Provide primary security responsibilities on island with duties for classified and unclassified areas on Meck Island and in MDA KWAJ facilities to include destruction of sensitive material;
• Coordinate with MDA IT personnel in CONUS to troubleshoot and maintain IT and VTC equipment;
• Assist in required shipping of materials to support MDA mission and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate daily with MDA Site Manager to discuss on-going activities and requirements for the day.
• Participate in weekly meetings with MDA government personnel and VIPs on status of projects and projected mission support requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located at Reagan Test Site, Marshall Islands.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering, logistics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience is required
• Candidate must be confident operating with all levels of MDA leadership, engineering, and non-technical support personnel.
• Proficient computer skills are required, including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Candidate must have a valid state driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
