Job Details

• Teach Mathematics to KS4 and KS5 students following the National Curriculum for England
• Deliver creative, evidence-based lessons that inspire student learning and achievement
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners in an inclusive classroom setting
• Build positive relationships with students and support their academic and personal development
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching standards
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to ensure high performance outcomes
• Contribute actively to extracurricular activities and community engagement programmes
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing for all students in line with school policies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education, or bachelor's degree in Mathematics with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Proven teaching experience in Mathematics within the National Curriculum for England
• Experience teaching KS4 and KS5 is essential
• Strong subject knowledge with a record of outstanding learning outcomes
• Creative, reflective, and solution-focused teaching approach
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
