• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to create a supportive learning environment
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities, events, and community-based school programs
• Support inspection and accreditation processes to maintain the school's Outstanding rating
• Engage in professional development opportunities through CPD, NQT, QTS, and iPGCE programmes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education or bachelor's degree in Mathematics with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom teaching skills
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning outcomes
• Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to student-centered learning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues
