What You'll Do

• Deliver the assigned mathematics curriculum, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and aligning with school standards
• Plan and deliver interactive and differentiated lessons that motivate and challenge students of varying abilities
• Prepare, maintain, and utilize teaching materials, assessment plans, and classroom resources to support diverse learning styles
• Accurately assess, record, and report on student progress, adapting curriculum delivery to meet individual needs
• Promote student well-being, self-discipline, and cultural awareness in a respectful and inclusive environment
• Participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs, leading activities and contributing to school events
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop teaching materials, and support departmental goals
• Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and development
• Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methods into the classroom experience
• Take part in professional development, performance reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching quality

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Mathematics with Qualified Teacher Status (B.Ed or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' proven teaching experience at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to foster a positive learning environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of educational innovations and the integration of technology in teaching
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school community
