Ensure each Area receives their required and requested materials to finish their Apartment Renovation. Arrangement of the necessary quotations and invoices to support the work done by the Resource Department to Third Party Clients.
Job Responsibility:
Control the material consumption in cordinate with the management
Coordinate and clarify the needed materials and reports with the Area Inspector/Supervisor, and provide it
Arranging unavailable materials outside / alternative options
Arranging Third Party Contractor Services for the required third party work
Scheduling the delivery of the materials in each area
Material Forecasting for the month
Manage the material invoices and petty cash "request and liquidate"
Manage 3rd party requests for "tech. reports, Quotation, completion reports and Invoicing"
Maintain the Sonapur Store Inventory
Qualification:
Previous experience in material management, procurement, or supply chain management within the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
* UAE Real Estate Material Specialist related i: 2 years (Preferred)
