Job Description
In-Charge of item code matters on SAP (Generating, Amendment and Cancellation). Updating the Material Master whenever is required. Ensure materials are ready in stock before commencement of production. Create request for materials that need to be purchased as per respective requirements (BOM and Production Plan) and stock. Follow up and work closely with purchaser to ensure that materials arrive on time. Responsible for maintaining optimum level of stock based on history, plan and forecast. Monitor store for all system transactions and ensure that they are settled on time. Update stock parameters on regular basis based on history, plan and forecast. Work hand to hand with store and production on reconciliation of inventory variances, if any. Working with Purchase and TC for cost and quantity constraints to plan the flow of supplies. Conduct sampling or random inventory audit at store every month end. Prepare stock status report every month end. Assists accounts on year end physical audit. - Diploma (Preferred)
- SAP: 2 years (Required)
- EXCEL PROFICIENT: 2 years (Required)
