Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Perform Yearly/ Monthly/Weekly Production Schedules in accordance with supply chain constraints. Daily confirmation of Customers Sales orders placed in the ERP based on all Supply Chain constraints: Capacity/ Lead time/ Material Availability/ Lead Time..etc Be the site point of contact with the Customer Service's representatives in the world. Communication with shift leaders the Weekly/ monthly schedule. Ensure proper reporting of the schedule in advance. Coordinate with engineering/ Program Managers the planning for new Projects. Analysis of the capacity Review to prevent any future shortage. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. Preparing cost estimates and performance reports. Purchase materials, components (consumables) in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets Be a lead on the consumable's reduction cost activities.

Qualifications: Engineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field. Relevant 5 years' experience in multinational environment. Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must), & strong skills on Power BI Relevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus). Critical thinking and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & French.
