Responsible for inventory control, monitoring and replenishment of stock to ensure continuity and availability of supply of materials.
Avoiding any type of zero stock situation.

Responsibilities
Monitor stock status and movements with the help of planning dashboard covering consumptions, current stock days, lead-time, minimum order quantity, safety stock, goods in transit etc. and action it with placing the purchase orders in DAX.
Lead SNOP meeting to get sales forecast, major projects, identifying the customer supply issues and resolving it along with operations team.
Analyse sales forecast and historical consumption trend to convert into material purchasing plan.
Control the inventory by planning correct inventory by optimum safety stock, optimum reorder quantity, and supplier managed inventory, optimum schedule planning, on time supplier deliveries based on call-off principle, agile to changing consumption pattern and co-ordinate with relevant departments.
Control SLOB (slow moving, non-moving and obsolete) stock by proactive actions with sales, technical and production to minimize stock write-off.
Respond to Intercompany and internal sales enquires for availability of materials, lead time etc. by following intercompany enquiry procedure.
Generate weekly delivery schedule based on production requirements and space availability.
Achieve inventory budget and fulfil all the reporting requirement of AGF and Group.
Monitor the supply situations to prevent zero stock situations by actively look for alternate and substitute materials including reducing the dependency on single source suppliers.
Follow the company procedure on FS (fosroc supply) purchases and co-ordinate with FS responsible category purchase manager to get best deal based on material availability, lead-time, and cost and AGF space.
Assisting supplier and AGF logistics team for DEC (duty exemption) documentation arrangements.

Procuring at best prices and allocating orders to the suppliers


Managing the inventory without materials shortage.
Skills required
Knowledge in PO generation, delivery balances, supply and delivery issues;
Valid UAE Driving License
Attributes: Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
PC proficiency; MS tools, Microsoft Excel and DAX/ERP
Effective communicator in English; written, oral, and interpersonal.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Experience in planning materials
Educational requirements
University Graduate
