Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Material Inspector to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Demolition of transportation facilities (roads, streets etc.)
Construction of roads, and other associated improvements (curb and gutter, street, sidewalk, landscaping)
Drainage work, potable water, storm water, compliance with authority requirements
Installation of electrical equipment related to street lighting
Irrigation and planting
Installation on temporary and permanent signs and delineation
Installation of mechanical equipment
Building and facility construction and associated site development
Taking project photographs on a daily basis and filing them
Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract
Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
At least 3 Years Diploma/Associate Degree in Civil Engineering / Geology or related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of related experience on road works, bridges and infrastructure projects.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction related processes related to area of assignment.
Must have previous experience in ADQCC Laboratory Approval.
