Materials Engineer (Roads & Bridges)
Experience: 12-15 Years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
UAE Equivalency Certificate (mandatory)
Experience & Skills:
Strong experience in Roads & Bridges projects, preferably under Al Ain Municipality or similar UAE authorities
Well-versed in UAE standards and specifications for civil works
Proven capability in material inspection for bridge and road construction works
Experienced in reviewing and approving material submittals
Proficient in uploading and tracking submissions through Smart Hub / Municipality portals
Competent in preparing Material Suitability Reports and technical evaluations
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify construction materials for Roads & Bridges projects
Review material submittals for compliance with project specifications and standards
Prepare and submit Material Suitability Reports for approval
Manage material approvals through Smart Hub
Ensure all materials used meet Al Ain Municipality and project requirements
Support quality control and site supervision teams as required
