Material Dispatcher
Job Description
. Planning and coordinating the movement of materials to job sites or other designated locations, often optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
. Monitoring material levels, placing orders to replenish stock, and ensuring adequate supply to meet demands.
. Maintaining accurate records of dispatches, inventory levels, delivery details, and other relevant data.
. Ensuring that all material handling and transportation activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
.Acting as a central point of contact, communicating with drivers, customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties to relay information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
