AquaChemie is seeking a

Dispatcher

to manage and coordinate the

outbound movement of bulk and packed materials

from our terminal using the

SAP system

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate dispatch operations in alignment with our safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule dispatches

of bulk and packed materials based on customer orders, transporter availability, and terminal loading capacity.

Operate and update SAP

system for delivery scheduling, order processing, goods issue posting, and transport documentation. Liaise with the terminal team, drivers, logistics providers, and customer service to ensure timely and error-free material dispatch. Verify and

cross-check dispatch documents

(Delivery Note, Bill of Lading, Gate Pass, Weighbridge slips) before release. Ensure that the

correct product, quantity, and packaging

is loaded and matches SAP records and shipping documents. Communicate loading plans to loading supervisors and monitor progress to avoid delays.

Update real-time status

of outbound vehicles and report any discrepancies or delays to the relevant teams. Maintain

daily dispatch logs and reports

for internal tracking and KPI reporting. Ensure compliance with

safety and security protocols

during dispatch operations. Assist in audits, stock reconciliation, and process improvements related to dispatching.

Requirements:

Diploma or

Bachelor's Degree

in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in a chemical or industrial terminal.

Hands-on experience with SAP

(SD/MM module preferred). Strong understanding of dispatch workflows, documentation, and compliance. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of HSE practices related to chemical handling is an advantage. Ability to work in shift-based or extended hours during peak periods. Should have a UAE Valid Driving License.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

chemical distribution or bulk liquid terminal operations

. Familiar with documentation for

bulk and packed chemicals dispatch

. Residing in the UAE and

available to join immediately or within a short notice period

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
