Asset Register SAP Specialist PAAF requirement for asset registration for all Routine and Non-Routine upstream projects under Project Delivery. Including Pending asset. . Focal Point to OQ E&P SAP System and CMMS, where he will need to collect and input all information from P & IDs, Manuals etc in LSMW templates (FLOC, EQPT, Task List, Maint Plan, BOM) and circulate it along with Master data change request form to delegated stake holders for approval. Upon approval, he needs to forward this template to CMMS analyst in Maintenance support for uploading in SAP Quality server and subsequently production server. SAP PM module power user role is with CMMS analyst and this access can't be given to this role. . Provide SAP support to projects (prior to handover).

. Provide CMMS Support to projects covering creation, insertion, updating and management of data. . Preparation of Estimation of Asset Registration & SAP-PM jobs. . Identify the FLOCS in a project requiring ESPIR or BOM by referring OQ E&P's ESPIR procedure and Project document. . Coordinate with vendors or supplier for collecting the required ESPIR on OQ E&P standard template, verify with the supporting document in coordination with Asset Support department. . Identified the FLOCS "and Equipment" (all that are having equipment tags in P&ID) in a project requiring ESPIR or BOM by referring OQ E&P's ESPIR procedure and Project document. Also it includes handover of project documents as a back up to Asset Master data registry along with MDCR form . Coordinate with vendors or supplier for collecting the required ESPIR on OQ E&P standard template, verify with the supporting document in coordination with Asset Support department. . Update & Maintain database. . CMMS projects - New delivery or verification and improvement of existing systems. . Study the Scope, refer PEFS & and identify FLOCs for SAP asset register. . Coordinate with Site base and HO project Engineers and SAP department to assign tags for Electrical and Inter-field pipelines. . Design Data base by referring the OQ E&P organisation structure in SAP, collect all Instrument and all equipment character details Object type, class, characteristics, catalogue profile for SAP upload. . Check in SAP and confirm there are no duplicate tags. In case of any duplicate tags, coordinate with the client to modify the PEFS an update the system accordingly. . Attended Hazard Effects Management session for couple of major projects to assess HSE hazards and implement control and recovery measures. . Referred EP 2009 - 9009 SCE Management Manual and done HSE hazard assessment independently for assets in projects, assigned SCE groups in coordination with PE and OQ E&P SAP section head. . Identified performance standard and completed assurance values in coordination with operations teams and entered the final values in the system. . Undergone HSE case study workshop for different projects and familiarized B&T to identify the HSE Critical Elements. Preparation of SAP-PM Maintenance Plans. . Preparation of SAP-PM Maintenance Plans as per O&M RCM recommendation. . Insure all documents (e.g DWG) under one drive. . Identify potential applications for new technology. . Actively train and encourage the development of staff in particular Omani staff. . Implemented own skills in managing the mails and other documents with tracking system and always keep the information updated. . Study the project deeply and clear doubt without delays. . Set target dates for each jobs and try to complete it before set date. . Create project progress file and inform the team periodically. . Provide feedback on improvement to the Company's operating procedures. . The asset register shall be a complete listing of all equipment installed within the project and adhere to all projects SAP philosophy. The Asset Register shall be prepared in a way to

allow automatic upload into SAP, following Project O&M review and acceptance to comply with OQ requirements. . EPC Contractor Scope of Work shall include Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to identify project Systems and Subsystems, OQ Maintenance staff shall be responsible on the data collection using the spreadsheet templates for the RCM Assessments. . RCM methodology shall only be applied to Criticality Rating A and B Equipment to develop the maintenance tasks. This methodology will devise a preventive maintenance program, in accordance with the consequences of each significant failure possibility. . ECA analysis task should be included, preferable to refer to earlier scope floated to MES and include disciplines like Mech, Electrical, Instrument, civil mentioning Asset registry for even buildings, civil items, HVAC system etc.
