Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter with expertise in spray painting, special effects finishes, and defect repair for our furniture factory. The role requires handling irregular or oversized pieces with precision and ensuring high-quality finishes. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team and may also participate in on-site installations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Spray Painting:

Apply high-quality spray paint finishes with advanced spraying techniques to various surfaces, ensuring consistency and smoothness.

Special Effects Finishing:

Create unique finishes (e.g., texture, gradients, metallics) as per project requirements.

Defect Repair:

Identify and repair surface imperfections such as scratches, dents, or coating defects before and after painting.

Surface Preparation:

Prepare and clean surfaces by sanding, priming, or masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

Irregular & Oversized Pieces Handling:

Safely manage large, complex, or non-standard items during the painting process.

On-Site Installation Support:

Assist with installing painted pieces at client sites, ensuring quality is preserved during transport and fitting.

Spray Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of spray guns, compressors, and related tools.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE, safe handling of chemicals, and adherence to

furniture production safety standards

.

Collaboration:

Maintain a cooperative, team-oriented approach when working with designers, fabricators, and other painters.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in spray painting, including advanced spraying techniques. Knowledge of various surfaces such as metal, wood, and composites. Ability to produce special effects finishes with precision. Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output. Skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting spray equipment. Trained in

furniture production safety

procedures. Physically capable of handling oversized or irregularly shaped pieces. Positive,

collaborative attitude

with strong communication skills. Willingness to travel for on-site projects.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
