Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Foreman to lead and oversee on-site operations. The Master Foreman will supervise crews, coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards throughout all phases of construction or production. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both people and resources efficiently.

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew Allocate general and daily responsibilities Supervise the use of machinery and equipment Resolve problems when they arise Report on progress to managers, engineers etc Oversee the use, maintenance, and security of tools, materials, and equipment Resolve technical issues and make informed decisions to maintain workflow and quality
Requirement Skills:
Proven experience as Carpenter foreman/Supervisor In-depth knowledge of wooden works procedures and management Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
Must Have a Valid Driver's License
