The Role
To perform Master Data activities for the assigned entities in line with the agreed control framework and to support process optimisation and best practice across IHS. Customers/Partners in all Business Units across IHS, External and Internal Auditors, other functions within the Shared Service Center. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing and recording all master data across Source-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create/ maintain various forms of Master Data \xe2\x80\x93 including, but not limited to, supplier data, item data, procurement catalogue, asset/inventory groups, warehouses, chart of accounts, customer data, and exchange rate tables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the Month-end close processes by responding to and resolving master data queries/issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting key stakeholders across the multiple SSC functions and global entities with master data related queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance to internal controls framework and supporting internal and external audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS Functional Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of the end-to-end Master Data processes in scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge of Master Data best practice & trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrity and business continuity \xe2\x80\xa2 Process and control mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 High attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem Solving Other Required Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Focus \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovation \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrity \xe2\x80\xa2 Be Bold \xe2\x80\xa2 Sustainability

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post graduate experience (essential) \xe2\x80\xa2 Worked in Shared Service Center environment (desirable) Required Flexibility Mon- Fri work week Work timings - 11.00am to 8.00pm Some occasional travel may be required
