Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Cutter and Tailor All-Around to join our team. This individual will be responsible for fabric cutting, garment construction, alterations, and all aspects of tailoring.

Responsibilities:

Accurately measure and cut fabrics according to patterns or client measurements. Execute garment construction, including sewing, stitching, and finishing techniques. Perform alterations and repairs on a variety of garments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Collaborate with designers and clients to understand their vision and requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to cutting and tailoring. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing machines and tools. Uphold high standards of quality control to ensure finished garments meet client expectations. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and production targets while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Master Cutter and Tailor with a minimum of 3years in a similar role. Proficiency in fabric cutting, garment construction, and alterations. Strong knowledge of different fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and stitching. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact with clients, designers, and team members effectively. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle various tailoring challenges. Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment.
