Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate body measurements and size specifications
Create, modify, and finalize patterns
Perform precise fabric cutting with minimal wastage
Ensure proper fabric alignment, grain, and consistency
Coordinate with tailors and designers to achieve perfect fit
Handle fittings and alterations as required
Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Master Cutter / Pattern Maker
Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Experience in men's, women's, or mixed garments (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
