About Us:
We are a growing fashion brand based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in high-end abayas and caftans that blend traditional elegance with modern design. We are looking for a highly skilled Master Cutter to join our team and play a key role in our production process.
Responsibilities:
Translate design sketches into accurate cutting patterns
Draft, mark, and cut fabrics according to pattern specifications
Ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency in fabric cutting
Optimize fabric usage and reduce waste
Collaborate with the design and tailoring teams
Maintain quality control throughout the cutting process
Train or oversee junior staff if needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cutting for abayas, caftans, or high-end fashion
Strong knowledge of fabric behavior, grain, and drape
Skilled in both manual and machine-assisted cutting
Experience with fabrics like crepe, chiffon, silk, lace, etc.
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
Arabic-speaking is a plus but not mandatory
