Job Description

We need 1 mason, 2 helpers, and 1 carpenter for our company, job description is as follows:

Mason

*Read sketches and blueprints to calculate the materials required.

*Ensure surfaces are waterproof, damp-proof, and restored.

*Repair and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.

*Operate power vibrators to compact concrete.

*Level top surface concrete according to specifications.

*Help in developing the layout, sheathing, framing, and structuring of roofs.

*Utilize equipment as well as tools safely in every basic task of construction.

*Rectify the safety hazards as well as report to the manager or concerned person.

*Able to read and comprehend technical drawings.

*Train beginners to ensure projects are completed on time.

*Mix cement and mortar on the job site as needed.

Helper

*Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.

*Load or unload building materials to be used in construction.

*Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.

Carpenter

*Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

*Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.

*Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.

*Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.

*Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.

*Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.

*Provide excellent customer service.

*Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
