Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise masons and helpers on-site. Plan and assign daily masonry tasks (blockwork, brickwork, plastering, etc.). Ensure work follows drawings, levels, and specifications. Maintain quality, productivity, and workmanship standards. Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment. Enforce site safety rules and safe work practices. Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Site Manager.
Requirements:
Strong masonry experience (5+ years preferred). Ability to read drawings and set out work. Proven leadership and team coordination skills. Good knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and methods.
