We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Finishing Foreman - Masonry

to supervise and manage masonry finishing works on our construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing teams, ensuring quality control, and meeting project deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily masonry finishing activities on-site. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Manage and guide a team of masons, laborers, and subcontractors. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to align work schedules and targets. Monitor the use of materials to minimize waste and control costs. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment. Resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in masonry and finishing works, preferably in the UAE. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. In-depth knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time. Familiar with site safety regulations and procedures.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
